It was around 9:30 PM and I was in hypertension with sweat dripping on my face, preparing for my last exam which was to be held on the following day. It was Math and everything seemed very vague. The time was running out and I was expecting my parents to return home, so that they could clarify my doubts. I felt very exhausted and longed to have a nap. I was trying to work out the sums but couldn’t understand anything properly. I almost felt like crying.

I lost my hope and tears rolled down my cheeks.Though I sat turning the pages of my book, I couldn't concentrate on the subject because I felt sleepy and decided to sleep for sometime. But I woke up only at 6:00 AM. I was shocked and jumped out of my bed to read for my exam. I was really tensed and helpless. I just studied for one hour and my mom called me to get ready for school.

One of my classmates was sitting next to me. Her name was Romina. She gave a pleasing smile when she saw me. .Then she asked, “Can I help you and clarify your doubts, if you don’t mind?” I was shocked at the same time. I was longing for a person to clarify my doubts and I agreed without any fuss and she explained many concepts. When the exam was about to start, she patted my shoulder and conveyed her “Best of luck” to me. Her words gave confidence. I felt quite happy and performed well. Romina`s guidance helped me to do many problems.

After I completed the exam, I was waiting for Romina. She came, and I thanked her for the timely help and encouragement. From that day we both became good friends. When the teacher announced that we both have got full marks in that exam, I couldn’t control the tears.

She was a loyal and trust-worthy friend. I never knew what a true friendship was, until I met Romina. She always taught me to look on the bright side of things. She encouraged me to be strong and brave no matter what happened. She had tremendous faith in God. Her talents, love of life, caring personality, and beauty, both inside and outside, truly inspired me.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to apply for the job of Reception Assistants which advertised was published in my university a few days ago.

I like working with another people, because I have experience and I think is an interesting job to develop. My experience is based basically in organizing activities for the rest of people for example, do a schedule with differentes and fun activities. My knowledge in english is very good I have fluency spoken and written english.

My interests include cycling, running and read. A couple of years ago I have been worked in differentes summer camps in my country and In mi opinion is a good experience for me.


I feel I have the necessary experience, responsibility and organization to make a good element to your summer camps. I hope you considerer my application.
