In my opinion the best way to travel in Santiago is a car, but if you don`t have one the subway is a good option. The subway here in Santiago is faster, clean and also very comfortable.Many people everyday use a subway like transportation, for many reasons and I think people feel much security with this means of transport.
Personally speaking I prefer many times a bus, because you can see all the city and the time you spend in a bus looking outside is more fast, but when you have a little time obviusly the subway is a better option.
In conclusion, here in Santiago is easy and fast moving with the subway, because this transport can arrive to many places, and the shedule is amazing because the subway station open about 6:00 A.M and close about 23:00 P.M. so our subway is a principal means of transportation in these days, because with the new proyect "Transantiago" if we don`t have a subway our life will be a completely disaster.
